If you do not have insurance, if we are not in-network with your insurance provider, or if your insurance does not include acupuncture benefits, we offer the following cash discount fee's due at time of service:

New Patient Visit: $95
- Established Patient Visit: $75
- Consultation: $35

Do you have another insurance provider not listed here?
For all other insurance carriers we are happy to provide you with a
"Super Bill" at the time of service which may be submitted for direct reimbursement to you from your insurance company (depending on your coverage).
